I aim to deliver all orders promptly – 2-3 working days within the UK. All my jewellery is sent out using the Royal Mail tracked and signed-for service.
If your order is particularly urgent, please contact me so that I can arrange for it to be sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery for a small additional cost. This guarantees delivery before 1 pm the following working day.
If you have ordered a custom-made item, I will advise you of the time-frame for completion and delivery at the time you place the order. This can take between 7 and 28 days, depending on the size and complexity of what you have ordered.
Payments can be taken through PayPal, Visa, Master Card and Apple Pay
You can purchase all my jewellery through this website by selecting the ‘BUY’ button next to each product. This will take you directly to PayPal in order to make a payment. Please note you do not need a PayPal account to pay through PayPal.
I hope you will never need to return anything to me because you will be pleased with your new piece of jewellery, however, if you do, it may be returned within 28 days with proof of purchase and as long as the piece is in its original condition and has not been worn I will issue you with a full refund.
Please note that bespoke items, personalised or made-to-order items of jewellery cannot be returned. I am also not able to accept the return of earrings for hygiene reasons except where they are found to be faulty in some way.
To return an item to me, please follow the below steps:
Please securely package your item/s in their original box and attach your proof of purchase along with it.
I do not accept any responsibility for return postage costs, nor for any items lost, stolen or damaged in transit. These responsibilities are those of the customer. I would advise that you obtain proof of postage.
